Recent Residencies
'Inkerwoven' with Inkers printmakers 2019 - 2023
An ongoing creative response to the unique collections at the Bradford College Textile Archive through the medium of contemporary printmaking.
Members of Inkers have spent time researching the treasures of the Textile Archive and making new artwork in response. They have also created and delivered workshops and activities based around printmaking and textiles for all ages to enjoy.
We have shown tasters of our ongoing work in exhibitions at the Colne Valley Museum in Golcar, at South Square Centre in Thornton, and at Globe Arts In Slaithwaite.
2015 - 2017 Residency at Cliffe Castle Museum, Keighley
Inkers Printmakers members worked at the Museum over 2 years, creating work in response to the collections and running workshops for the public. The residency culminated in an exhibition inspired by the museum’s collections.
2014 - 2016 Residency at Bradford Industrial Museum, Bradford
Inkers members worked at the Museum over 2 years, creating work in response to the collections and running workshops for the public. The residency culminated in an exhibition inspired by the museum’s collections.
